Regal Property Management was founded in 2015 by Katie Zimmerman to fill a real need for honest, community-focused third-party property management in the Eau Claire area. Katie originally earned her degree in Criminal Justice from UW–Eau Claire, planning to work in probation and parole. After college, she joined a local property management company—and immediately discovered her passion for an industry full of variety, meaningful connections, and daily challenges.
Over more than 15 years working in multiple roles, Katie recognized a clear problem: many companies were prioritizing volume instead of quality. Residents were treated like numbers, and properties weren’t properly cared for. Regal Property Management was created as the solution: a company built on integrity, respect, and doing things the right way from day one.
